Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support our newly joined GM, Agency Partnerships and Capability.
As an experienced administrator you will slot in with ease to take full control of a busy diary, schedule all meetings and ensure the GM is in the right place at the right time with everything they need to deliver effectively.
Key to your success will be your ability to maintain oversight by managing correspondence, undertaking governance and secretariat support and being a "go to" person to ensure things flow seamlessly.
This role will require you to anticipate needs and be flexible to change as you respond to a range of events both big and small
**About the role**:
You will need to demonstrate the ability to build relationships and gain trust swiftly with a broad range of stakeholders, both face to face and virtually, so being confident across the range of MS office products coupled with excellent technical aptitude will be advantageous.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Central point of contact for GM queries and responses
- Providing admin support in terms of printing and preparing documentation
- Scheduling and organising events, functions and team meetings
- Capture and distribute team minutes and notes
- Calendar management - ensure best time allocation against competing demands
- Plan and book travel
- Expense management
