Hit the ground running in this temporary Personal Assistant Role supporting multiple senior managers. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring that everyone has what they need. You will be the process master who can manage multiple diaries, organise events and coordinate travel, update and format documentation, and maintain procedures.
If you’re available right away, this interim role is an excellent opportunity to stay active and engaged.
Duties include:
- Diary & inbox management
- Travel management
- Preparing invoices
- Event management
- Liaising with key stakeholders and senior management
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administration
This is a busy and challenging role that would suit someone who is incredibly organised and used to prioritising workload for extremely busy managers. You will also be a strong team player with a proactive attitude.
In addition to the above attributes, you will require:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Previous experience with diary management
- Superior communication skills - both written and verbal
- Pro-active approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
