You know that saying, "if you want something done, ask a busy person"? Well, if you fit that description, then this could be your next exciting opportunity to support and assist our busy office support team in our Wellington CBD offices.

Based at our office space in central Wellington you'll bring a positive can-do attitude to a busy role with lots of variety. You'll provide part time office administration support alongside our full-time office support person (managing the meeting rooms, stationery, kitchen supplies etc.) in a building which provides work, meeting & social space for our Corporate staff. You'll help keep the wheels of a busy office space turning and will be involved in delivering a number of site events.
You'll be reporting to our Office & Facilities Manager and be part of a close-knit team which is located across multiple sites. This role is very mobile and the ability to think of solutions independently will be essential to your success.
- 20 hours per week
- Mon - Wed 8am - 12pm
- Thursday 8am - 5pm

- You'll need experience in customer service and or administration work.
- You'll be the go to person for the business for a multitude of tasks, so being a great communicator is key.
- Experience with using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel will be a big advantage too.
- Someone who thrives on the unexpected and always with a smile.
