Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated Talent Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will support the Senior Talent Advisors with their recruitment activities to enable the team to deliver excellent recruitment outcomes for our managers. You will gain exposure to the full range of coordination activities across the recruitment function and a fantastic insight into the wider workings of an HR team.

Ō pūmanawa | About You

This role will suit someone with experience supporting a recruitment team in an administrative capacity, who has excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills. You will also bring:

- A team player who is conscientious and hard working
- A desire to learn and driven to continually improve with a growth mind-set
- Friendly, approachable with a can-do attitude
