We are looking for a talented HR Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the DPMC and Treasury HR teams with business-as-usual activities across a range of HR functions.

This role is fixed term to allow us to determine the future resourcing needs for the People and Wellbeing team and to recruit accordingly.

You will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice on routine enquiries and delegating and escalating other enquiries received by email, over the phone or face-to-face.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience and exposure to a HR environment and be able to demonstrate skills and experience in co-ordinating and managing the onboarding and offboarding of employees, developing and coordinating documentation through the full employee life cycle, contributing to the ongoing continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures, and supporting data quality and position management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly effective planning and organisational skills, including time management and prioritising work in a busy environment
  • Self-motivated and customer centric with a knack for problem solving
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Great at building and maintaining relationships
  • Flexible, comfortable in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
