We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator to join our positive and dynamic team. If you have a background in Recruitment and Human Resources, this role is a perfect fit. As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll be crucial in strategically attracting individuals who resonate with our organisational goals and reflect our values and culture. Your efforts will play a key role in keeping our team engaged and empowered.

**In this role, you will**:

- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, collaborating closely with internal clients.
- Managing recruitment activity in our Talent Hub system (ELMO).
- Onboarding staff, including adhering to HR processes and policies, producing, sending, and receiving offer letters and documentation.
- Working in a fast-paced and high-volume team environment.
- Providing advice and support to hiring managers and support staff involved in the recruitment process.

To be successful, you will have:

- Tertiary degree in HR or related field or 2-3 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in full cycle recruitment process experience within the New Zealand market.
- Ability to learn and work with multiple systems and websites such as LinkedIn, SEEK, Trade Me, and Indeed.
- Understanding generalist HR practices, diversity, equity, and inclusion, including Te Ao Māori practices.
- Strong administration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Empathy for humanitarian causes and commitment to teamwork at New Zealand Red Cross.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A great team player with a positive mindset.
