**The opportunity**

We are a busy, dynamic, and strategic Talent Acquisition team, we work hard, laugh, support each other, and learn together. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract to lead the delivery of our graduate and intern recruitment across New Zealand & Australia. This is no mean feat as we hire around 200 graduates and 100 interns into our business every year

Each day will bring new learning and variety, with exposure assured across a wide range of specialist technical and corporate roles of differing functions and levels. Overall, you can expect to be involved with:

- Playing a key role in the delivery of Beca’s graduate and internship recruitment, working with People and Culture team members to further enhance and streamline our recruitment to attract future talent.
- Managing and attending digital and on-campus activities to engage with students and faculties throughout the year.
- Providing support to Hiring Managers, providing advice on recruitment best practices and processes.
- Coordinate attendance at campus recruitment events from career fairs and specialization events to facilitating panel discussions.
- Working with our other Talent Acquisition Advisors and Coordinators to manage our centralised processes.
- Suggesting and supporting ongoing improvements to our recruitment processes.

Far from being repetitive_, _the scope will reflect the enthusiasm you bring and your initiative to proactively engage with the team to achieve our goal of securing amazing talent for the business. You’ll be part of a global Beca People and Culture (P&C) team incorporating Generalist business partnering, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, Employment Relations, Remuneration and Systems teams.

You’ll be up to speed on everything digital, keen to explore and learn new software and technology, and happy to share your expertise with others.
