At the Digital Skills Agency, we're all about helping our clients to be human in a digital world. We are experts in digital skills: helping businesses understand what digital skills they have, what skills they need, and how to manage their digital capability in the new world of work. Our specialties include skills and organisational development consulting, recruitment, talent management, and coaching and development. **About the role**
This role has been created due to growth in the talent side of the business. You will be the first in this role, and there is a great opportunity to set the scene You’ll be involved in:
- Recruitment support-by which we mean low volume, high quality, game changing recruitment practices. Come join us to learn how it should be done.
- Coordinating talent consultancy projects-we do a lot of interesting work in this space and it’s a great opportunity to learn about using engagement and great talent practices to enable businesses.
- Helping with service improvement-making sure processes and materials are ship-shape and updated.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in our practices (we don’t sit still)-this also means active development planning for everyone.
**About you**
- We think you’ll have previous experience in a customer-facing role, possibly in either recruitment or HR, or perhaps through another sector. It would also be ideal if you have some exposure to either learning and development, or marketing/social media, but this is not essential.
- You will be excited about building a career in talent management. We’d love this role to grow our business continues to develop.
- You will be digitally confident, and you’ll get a kick out of using and organising various kinds of online tools.
- Organisation and proactivity will be second nature to you. When you see something needs to happen, you’ll make it so. You’ll also know when to check in with the team to align well.
