Eke Panuku Development Auckland are on the hunt for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Asset & Facilities Management team. You'll be responsible for ensuring facilities in Eke Panuku Development Auckland Property Portfolio meet the required service levels and expectations of clients, by managing the maintenance repairs and upkeep of the properties within the approved budget, whilst developing, managing, and implementing asset management and maintenance plans to support the achievement of this.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**
You have a tertiary or technical qualification in engineering, facilities management, contract management, and/or a trade certificate in relevant trade discipline and have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role providing maintenance delivery services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, strong financial and asset management skills, solid experience in negotiation and dispute resolution, and excellent knowledge of building management across all trades, building industry legislation, and H&S legislation. We are looking for a self-motivated, solutions-focused individual with a can-do attitude, who wants to be part of a friendly dynamic team and who can also work autonomously. A full NZ driver’s license is required.

You will be required to have a valid NZ driver's licence due to the nature of the position where you will be required to regularly travel to various Community Facility sites across the Auckland region.
