Te tūranga - The role The Finance and Commercial Operations Group are looking for a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee Te Pūtea Matua's Wellington building at 2 The Terrace. Were looking for a passionate SME who will be committed to the proactive management of our buildings infrastructure and maintenance. You will have the technical nouse to manage aging plant and required replacements in line with budget, and can lean on a wealth of past experience to provide technical advice on current and future state of the property. Reporting to the Manager, Property Assets, this role is instrumental in ensuring the availability, stability and resilience of infrastructure & services for our building. The role also supports the wider property team (for cover or specific projects) in their management of RBNZ workspaces and services across the two office locations. The inhouse job title for this role will be Facilities Lead. Ō pūkenga - About you You will be an experienced Facilities Manager/Lead with a solid understanding and appreciation of Building Acts and codes of compliance. Please do get in touch it you have:

- Relevant Facilities Management experience, with a focus on hard FM, and management of capex projects
- A solid understanding of Health and Safety relating to the built environment and Contractor (PCBU) Management.
- Facilities related procurement and on-going contract management experience.
- Proven experience contributing to an asset management and preventative management plan.
- Project management experience and exposure to small project methodologies.
- Proven ability to engage others, make sound decisions and encourage innovation
- Continuous improvement focus
- Demonstrated experience working with a high level of confidentiality and security of information and data at all times.
- Proficiency with technology tools ie: Microsoft Suite (including Visio) with a proven ability to manage multiple Outlook calendars, inboxes and databases.
