**The Role**
- Working with the team to show prospective buyers through the development, supporting them through thie leasing process
- Sales administration - supporting the advertising and marketing processes;
- Reception duties
- Ad-hoc administrative needs as required
- Foster strong relationships with mortgage providers, conveyancing lawyers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Experience within customer services and administration (property experience ideal) - with good tenure in roles;
- Strong relationship building skills, with a customer centric approach;
- Intermediate ability with the MS Office suite;
- Ability to work some weekend time (by appointment only) to show prospective buyers through the show suite;
- Brings energy, initiative, improvement focus drive and professionalism.
- Takes immense pride in their work, contributing fresh ideas to enhance office culture;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid NZ work rights

**Temp details**:

- Saint Johns sales suite office
- month by month contract
- Starting ASAP
- $28 -$32 hourly rate + 8% holiday pay (experience dependant)
