**The Opportunity**
We need a superstar administrator to join the team on a 12-month contract as a Sales Coordinator. This vital role ensures the smooth operation and organisation of all administrative tasks for our nationwide sales team. Supported by the wider Administration Team of 9, your day to day will find you working on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment where there is plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Ideally, we are after a highly motivated individual, with high personal standards and integrity, someone who is a people person and strives to provide exceptional support to their team.
**Duties will include**:
- Processing all sales orders for new & used equipment and commercial vehicles
- Allocating/ordering accessories for sales
- Maintaining accurate & up-to-date data/records
- Processing local invoices
- Device orders on OEMs (Overseas Equipment Manufacturers)
- Processing Stock Accessory Orders
- Processing device transfers
**You will have**:
- A good experience working as a Sales coordinator or within a busy Sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written
- High level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Suits
- The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time-driven environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving, logistics and/or service experience.
