**About the Role**:
As a Sales Coordinator & Workplace Administrator, you will be the driving force behind our clients sales operations and workplace environment. You'll collaborate with sales teams, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to creating a vibrant workplace that reflects our clients brand values.

**Key Responsibilities will include and not be limited to**:

- Assist sales teams with order processing, inventory management and customer inquiries to ensure smooth sales operations
- Maintain accurate sales and customer data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making
- Coordinate office activities, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangements to enhance overall productivity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and achievement of goals

**About the Person**
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, invoicing or related roles is preferred
- Strong organizational & customer service skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports brand
- Great under pressure & ability to meet deadlines
