With these exciting times ahead, we are looking for a **Part-Time HR and Training Administrator **in our **Human Resources **team. This position is based in our Auckland Head Office.

We are looking for someone who is excited about coming on our journey of transforming this amazing brand. You could be a graduate looking for your first experience in an exciting HR team, or a mum wanting to return to work. This is a part-time HR and Training Administrator role of circa 25 hours per week, with the ability to work flexibly during school hours if required.

**What you'll do**:

- Support the HR team with all administration tasks.
- Coordinate training with all Bendon team across ANZ.
- Manage and respond to HR enquiries on our internal platform.
- Manage all HR related documents, processes and communications within the employee lifecycle, including contract generation or variations, and onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Preparation of HR metrics.
- Ownership of our internal HR system, including system hygiene and maintenance.

**Who you'll be**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- An energetic self-starter, who likes to own their role.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player.
