The purpose of this role is to shape and deliver the Social and Content Strategy, managing social media channels, website and content streams, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.

- What your role and typical day might look like
- Our Senior Account Manager - Social Media helps to develop social media strategies and solutions for our clients while enjoying a dynamic and hybrid role. While no two days are the same, you’ll be collaborating with people across the creative and wider dentsu Aotearoa whānau, playing a lead role in facilitating strategic development, content guidance, project management and nurturing client relationships.
- Tasked with supporting and developing client, supplier and partner relationships, your days might look something like this - 40% Project Management, 40% strategy development and 20% ideation. Amongst this you’ll be presenting strategic concepts and results to clients that demonstrate the value of our award winning dentsu Creative talent.
- Responsibilities include- Playing a lead role in developing creative briefs for social, ensuring that it is aligned to the agreed strategy and on brand for the client.Project manage the end-to-end delivery of the social content workstreams, from client brief to execution and post campaign analysis.-
- Bring together and collaborate closely with our dentsu Media and dentsu Creative production teams to deliver integrated social projects and solutions.-
- Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective problem solving, communication of concepts, developing goals and milestones, and reporting.-
- Create accurate estimates for each project and manage the delivery to ensure the project comes in on budget, time and to a high quality.-
- Actively seek new business, support pitches and/or new project work to help the agency grow.- A bit about you- Experience working in a creative/advertising agency in a social media led role.-
- Proven experience in developing social strategy and content development with leading brands.-
- Highly organized and able to effectively multitask across different projects, bringing clients, team members and external partners together to deliver effective campaigns.-
- Confident presenter and proactive communicator, showcasing a high level of attention to detail, ability to formulate and share ideas, translate requirements, and deliver exceptional results to create unforgettable campaigns.-
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. The nature of our work is dynamic, so you’ll be comfortable working with constantly changing requirements with creative problem solving.-
