We are seeking a motivated, confident individual with experience or interest in asset management and procurement. Being the central liaison point between Nelmac and our internal and external customers, you’ll play a key role in coordinating Nelmac’s assets and procurement activities to support our overall financial operations.

You’ll ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures and carry out reporting, asset maintenance and renewal programming, keeping on top of claims and repair work.

We are keen to hear from you if you have:

- A passion for high levels of customer service
- Experience / an interest in asset management, purchasing and procurement
- Strong verbal and written communication
- A high level of experience and confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and adaptability to learn in house systems such as Business Central and Sharepoint
- Proven ability to be well organised with high attention to detail
- A commitment to teamwork and be equally able to work autonomously
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast paced environment
