About the role:

- Develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Team management providing clear communication and direction to our administration team on operating procedures and industry standards expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Operations, Finance, and Risk Management, to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor changes in regulatory landscapes and proactively adjust compliance programs to address new challenges.
- Lead compliance training initiatives for employees, ensuring a strong understanding of compliance responsibilities and expectations.
- Manage audits and inspections from regulatory agencies, coordinating responses and corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas of concern.
- Stay updated with best practices in compliance management and contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes.

About you:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferable
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to influence and drive change within an organisation.
- Proficiency in using compliance software and tools.
