**About the opportunity**

As the one of our Operational Execution Managers you will manage the execution of the logistics plans within your region. You will take ownership for the mitigation of risks and opportunities to ensure our hero metrics or DIFOT, Costs and Working Capital are met. The role is responsible for overseeing and optimising management of domestic product movement across NZ Supply Chain.

This role leads and develops our Operational Logistics Specialists and support the Logistics Execution Manager in the standardisation and simplification across the execution horizons, ensuring collaboration with our broader Logistics Planning teams.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers in region to ensure delivery of executional plans
- Run the Regional ITP process in conjunction with New Zealand DC Team and Logistics Planning Regional Managers
- Lead the co-ordination of the Optimised Operational Agreement (OAA) process with Operational Logistics Specialist and New Zealand Distribution Centres
- Ensure the execution of the logistics plan within our broader logistics programme, ensuring team meet overall objective to fulfil customer orders for export
- Manage and monitor the performance of the team, to ensure plans, targets and service levels are achieved in accordance with agreed budgets

**About you**

In order to be a success in this role you will have an experience in leading, coaching and developing teams within supply chain ensuring capability to deliver a sustainable culture of high performance and continuous improvement and empowerment.

Other skills and experiences you will bring to the role include:

- A qualification in logistics / supply chain is preferred
- People leadership and development
- Strong business acumen and a problem-solving mindset
