Take2 is a social venture that provides justice-impacted individuals with the support, resources and opportunity to improve their quality of life. We do this by offering greater education around technical and life skills to help them get back on their feet, and connect them with meaningful employment, ultimately enabling them to overcome the stigma of their past.
**Job Summary**:
In the Executive Operations position for Take2, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, working collaboratively with the CEO and Chief of Staff to ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of our organisation. This role specifically focuses on ensuring customer success (student and partner), marketing and a broad spectrum of operational and strategic initiatives.
As a collaborative leader, you will work closely with various departments, acting as a liaison to facilitate effective communication and coordination. Operational excellence is at the core of your responsibilities, involving oversight of day-to-day activities and the optimisation of internal processes to enhance overall productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Operational Excellence - **Oversee the day-to-day operations of Take2 while creating and streamlining internal processes.
- ** Foster Systematic Community Success - **Drive recruitment, community, and reintegration services for Take2 participants, while uncovering new initiatives to optimise desired outcomes.
- ** Program Growth - **Help scope the resources and services required to be delivered by Take2, ready to scale for an expected increase in participants.
- ** Systems Owner** - Optimise staff use of our CRM (Hubspot) and other software tooling to ensure data collection, enabling data-informed decision-making across the organisation.
- ** Stakeholder Management & Partnerships - **Identify, develop and manage corporate partnerships for Take2**,** with a particular focus on employment partnerships.
- ** Marketing & Communications - **Drive Take2’s marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations, community services, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management, and strategic planning.
- Experience in stakeholder management and startup environments is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in project management and strategic planning.
