**This is a brand-new role which combines administrative assistance, the creation and update of service-related documents, influencing manufacturing clients to ensure preventative maintenance is prioritized, and assisting the service technician schedulers at times.**

**ABOUT YOU**
Impeccable attention to detail, numerical aptitude, explementary communication skills and a “can do” enthusiastic attitude will ensure you thrive in this role.
- 3 years + in a busy fast-paced role including experience in complex documentation, coordinating and multi-tasking.
- Technical product aptitude and/or involvement in a service-based business.
- Scheduling service technicians in your previous role/s is advantageous.
- Self-starter who uses initiative and innovation to solve problems and create solutions.
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- No call reluctance and can remain firm, fair and friendly when dealing technicians, other team members and customers.
- Experience in booking travel and an understanding of the technician's time management. You will need good NZ geographical knowledge.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- SAP knowledge would be ideal (can be taught if your Microsoft Office Skills are excellent) and experience with quotes, invoices and generating reports.
- Demonstrate a willingness to become familiar with Packaging Machines technical documentation, and to be passionate about the services and products.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and document opportunities for improvement to machinery productivity through preventative maintenance.
- Communicating with key stakeholders, including telephone communication directly with large manufacturing customers.
- Contract generation, renewal and document management (using SAP).
- Compiling and reviewing service reports.
- Generation of SAP service quotations combining a complete offering such as service, parts, retrofits, machine optimisation and training.
- Assisting in the creation of service kits tailored for PMA’s and service plans.
- Providing comprehensive monthly status updates and reports.
- Overseeing the planning board, accurately booking service orders and liaising internally to prioritize effectively.
- Facilitating the procurement of purchase order parts (in liaison with spare parts division).
- Providing backup support to the Service Coordinator which would encompass contacting customers and scheduling technicians for repair work and preventative maintenance, including travel arrangements, quotations and invoicing.

Hours for this role are between 7am-5pm Mon-Fri - 40 hours per week, ideally 8.30am-5pm (but flexibility to start early / finish early is also available).
