About the role
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be
responsible for coordinating and ensuring the provision of high-quality,
confidential, accurate support, administration, and secretarial services to the
South Community Mental Health Teams. You will also play a pivotal role in
leading and coordinating the Admin Team to deliver professional, confidential,
accurate, and proficient administrative assistance to the CAF (Community
Assessment and Follow-up) Outpatient Service.
As
part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and lead the Admin Team to provide proficient

administrative support to the South
Community Mental Health Teams.
- Oversee the secretarial team for the CAF South Outpatient Service,
ensuring smooth operations and adherence to established procedures.
- Supervise, train, and guide administrative staff, fostering a
collaborative and effective team environment.
- Complete word processing tasks, including dictaphone and copy
typing, with exceptional accuracy and reasonable speed.
- Utilize your excellent knowledge of SAP database, Microsoft Word,
and Excel to maintain and manage administrative records and documents.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure efficient communication

**Essential**:

- Minimum of three years of experience in an Administration/Secretarial

position, showcasing your expertise in administrative tasks.
- Recognized appropriate qualifications demonstrating proficiency in
word processing tasks, both via dictaphone and copy typing, with a strong
emphasis on accuracy and speed.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP database, Microsoft Word, and Excel,
enabling you to handle data and documents effectively.Desirable:

- Previous experience in overseeing staff, highlighting your

leadership and team management capabilities.
- Background in the Health field would be advantageous, demonstrating
your understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of healthcare
administration.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member,
showcasing your adaptability and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in dictaphone skills, allowing you to efficiently
transcribe and process audio recordings.
- Strong work ethic, characterized by dedication, reliability, and a
