**He angitūtanga - The opportunity**

We are looking for a **Senior Adviser** to join our newly created Operational Resilience team.

The Operational Resilience team has been developed to progress FMA's approach to cyber security and operational resilience across our regulated population, which includes financial institutions, fund managers, DIMS providers, derivatives issuers and financial advice providers.

The team has a broad remit within FMA and is responsible for building regulatory standards and guidance on operational resilience, developing crisis management frameworks and supporting incident response management.

**He kōrero mōu - About you**

The team includes experts and specialists in a range of areas and we are looking for someone with a compliance background who has worked within financial services and ideally a regulatory environment to complement our current team members. Operational Resilience is an evolving area for us as we continue to develop regulatory standards and guidance in this space so skills and experience in operational risk, including cyber risk, will be preferred.
