We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our Business Services team in Auckland. The main purpose of this role is to provide high quality administration and office support services. The key responsibilities of the role include the following, but may vary depending on your team:

- Word-processing, excel, formatting of reports and other relevant correspondence.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences and training.
- Booking meeting rooms, assisting in set up, arranging.
- Onboarding and offboarding staff.
- Formatting presentations, capability statements and other documents.
- Assisting with tender submissions.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- MasterCard reconciliation.
- Assisting with accounts and health & safety.
- Providing general administration tasks such as printing room services, filing and scanning documents.
- Other ad hoc support for staff as required.

- You will be a well presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A proven background in administration.
- The ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great attention to detail - be meticulous in managing information.
- A fantastic, positive attitude.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A driver's license as you may be running errands.
