**About your new role**:
As a Field Services Administrator, you’ll be at the frontline responsible for providing efficient and professional administration support to the field agents, legal administrators and collections agents, as well as to clients for the business.

**What your new job involves**:

- Utilising your organisational skills in a legal framework
- Perform a dynamic role consisting of a diverse range of day to day tasks
- Working with collections agents as well as clients to achieve business critical outcomes
- Exercising your stakeholder management skills by maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Who you are**:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Adobe (required to work from home)
- Demonstrate persistence and resilience
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A highly motivated team player with a proven track record of showing initiative and being a self-starter
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated lateral and critical thinking skills
- Good general geographical knowledge of New Zealand

**Relevant Information**:

- This position is a 12 month full-time contract role

**Essential Criteria**:

- Working hours for the role can be negotiated within the business’ operating hours
- Must be available to work full time from our office location
