We are looking for a talented** OFFICE ADMNIISTRATOR **to join **CARTERS NATIONAL SUPPORT OFFICE **and play a pivotal role to continue the legacy of our success.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and equipment.
- Assist the Accounts Payable team when required with reconciliations, daily banking, invoice scanning, and filing.
- Administer and maintain contract documentation for general maintenance, health and safety, and suppliers.
- Facilitate travel coordination and plan itineraries when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating on-site training events including arranging catering and preparing rooms.

**About you**:

- Proficient in utilizing computer systems with a** solid grasp in Microsoft Excel**:

- Someone who values teamwork and approaches tasks with a positive mindset.
- Shows natural people skills, good at gaining trust and connecting across all organisational levels.
- Ideally a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
