Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the Sales Operations Specialist will ensure the business units policies and processes are well documented and socialised around the team and the wider organisation. This role can be based in Wellington or Auckland with flexible and remote working available.
**Requirements**:
**What will I be doing?**
The role has responsibility for driving the daily use of Salesforce (CRM), in particular the management of opportunities, leads and contacts as well as ensuring data accuracy. The role has a critical and direct input into the company’s sales strategies, team effectiveness and the overall pipeline to increase revenue.
**We’re looking for people who**:
- have excellent understanding of, and the ability to, create appropriate sales processes
- proactively identify opportunities, streamline processes to come with action or conclusion
- understand sales related policy e.g. SIPs
- are curious to learn new systems and create new ways of working
- can work under pressure in time constraining environments
- communicate effectively with a wide-range of stakeholders to build cross-functional relationships, internally and externally - interpersonal skills are a must
- have outstanding attention to detail
- can manage multiple tasks in changing environments.
**What will I need to be successful?**
- Experience in business analysis, sales operations or process management
- Previous experience using CRM, Salesforce and/or other reporting tools
- Salesforce CRM system administrator certification (Advantagous)
- Database management, at business administration level, or system administration (desirable)
- Experience in IT or ICT service industry (desirable).
