**About the role**
As the Key Account Manager, you'll drive revenue growth and service excellence through effective management of national commercial accounts, dabble in identifying new commercial opportunities to satisfy your BDM aspirations whilst meeting revenue targets. Your role includes liaising with team members, managing the CRM, arranging reactive work orders, and handling quotes, invoices, and database management. By proactively engaging clients and conducting regular reviews, you’ll build strong relationships that foster loyalty and referrals.
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated success in scaling national client accounts, ideally within the lawn and garden or related industries
- A track record of building strong relationships and maintaining high client satisfaction
- Solid understanding of financial management, including costing, tendering, and margin delivery, with experience in ensuring compliance and quality standards
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive performance, measure revenue growth, and identify areas for improvement through detailed performance reports
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to foster positive client relationships, and effectively deliver results aligned with the annual strategic plan
