**Foodservice Key Account Manager**

**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced account manager to step into a newly created KAM role within our rapidly growing Wholesale Foodservice business - this person will be proactive and self-motivated, have a passion for sales, delivering results and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. This person will have a strong knowledge of the Foodservice industry and understand our markets dynamics.

Being responsible for building strong partnerships, maximising customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth within their accounts, this person requires a combination of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure the success and retention of our key accounts.

This role is a full time position Monday-Friday with no overnight stays away.

**Aspects of the job include**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters
- Seeking and securing new key account business
- Managing complex customers with must deliver products across a portfolio of 12,000 lines
- Developing and implementing account plans for existing accounts to maximise revenue by Identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct regular reviews with our Sales manager on key customers to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives

**Who we're looking for**

Minimum 2 years within a sales and account management role, with a track record of successfully achieving revenue targets within the Foodservice industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex customer relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- High Proficiency in CRM software and Excel - SAP / BI Reporting / Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage
