**About the role**:
Based in their (exceptionally awesome) Auckland HQ, you will oversee assigned grocery accounts, strategically develop and execute business plans to drive growth, meet targets, and align with the retailer's strategy. Reporting to the Grocery Channel Manager, you will work closely together, and be supported in your role to develop your skills.
Key responsibilities:
Develop annual customer-specific business plans to meet agreed KPIs
Oversee in-store execution and activation, maintaining proactive communication through the creation and delivery of persuasive documents and training for Field Sales teams
Create and execute nationwide promotional initiatives that align with the customer's strategy
Manage complex relationships with your customers at all levels
Guarantee adherence to the trade spend management process
Confidently communicate and engage across departments
**About you**:
3 years FMCG experience - exposure to Foodstuffs is a must
Exceptional Relationship Management skills
Strong negotiation abilities
You are enhancing your commercial acumen, encompassing planning, financial, and analytical capabilities
Full NZ Driver's License is essential
