- Temporary position with the potential to go permanent
We are looking for an outstanding Administrator with Intermediate to Advanced Word and Excel skills to join a vibrant team in Napier.
**What you will be doing**
You will be doing minute taking, uploading photos, proofreading and following up reports, filing, reception duties, permit management and other tasks as required.
**Ideal skills & experience**:
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word experience
- Intermediate Excel Experience
- Excellent Grammar
- Good attention to detail
**Benefits**:
- $30 starting rate
- 12.30pm - 4.30pm, Mon to Fri with one full time day per month
- On-going temporary Napier based position with the opportunity to go permanent
