Join us as Customer Support Administrator for Electrification Business Area where you will be responsible for providing internal and external customer support (i.e., order assistance, manage shipments, payment-related assistance). Coordinating actions with relevant resources, have complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction. Reporting to Customer Services Manager this position will be based in Napier, New Zealand.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, shipment, payment) by coordinating with sales, operations, supply chain management, and other internal and/or external teams
- Ensuring customer service activities are planned and delivered on time and support agreed margin levels
- Processing customer purchase orders into system (via SAP) including dispatch and invoicing
- Spreadsheet maintenance and data entry,including extended warranty information and monitoring
- Providing a range of administrative tasks to support the business as required

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a Production and/or Manufacturing environment (preferred)
- MS Office suite; Excel, Word knowledge/skills
- Experience with SAP or other similar ERP system (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team
- Confident English language skills both written and oral
- Strong customer service mindset
