- Handling PPE and Toolbox orders
- Basic reporting documents
- Providing administrative support to our management team
- Data Entry
- Invoicing
- General Office duties
- ASAP start
**Hours of work**:
- This role is Monday to Friday
- 25/30 hours per week
**Pay-rate**:
Salary band is $27.00- $28.00p/h
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in an office environment.
- Intermediate or above administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent time management & organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Warm, friendly personality
- Ability to work well within a team environment and on their own.
- Be flexible, willing to help the team.
- Have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
