**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking an Assistant Accountant & Debtors Manager.

Working in the Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant is responsible for providing high-quality accounting services that support delivery of accurate and reliable financial information, so managers have access to timely information for decision making. You will also be responsible for managing all debtors, minimising bad debts and ensuring a strong cashflow position.

To be successful in this role:

- You will have an Accounting Degree/Diploma and be a member of CAANZ or similar accounting body;
- You will have proven debt management experience and a minimum of 3 years in a finance/accounting role;
- You will have comprehensive knowledge of tax information e.g. GST, PAYE;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills are essential;
- You will have an eye for detail and be able to demonstrate accuracy with figures and be confident maintaining high standards in this regard;
- Your communication skills will be second-to-none to maximise positive outcomes;
- You will be committed to continuous improvement and thrive in a changing environment.
