Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Intermediate to Senior Accountant to join our client's dynamic team. This role is perfect for an experienced accounting professional looking to advance their career and contribute to a growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Manage general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Support internal and external audits
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in a CA firm.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
