**Who is Access?**
Access Partners in Property is a privately owned NZ company that has operated for 18 years as an innovative property maintenance and construction company. As a group, Access owns and operates, Gunac - Waterproofing Specialists, The Building Wash Company (TBWC), Access Facilities Maintenance and Project Management.
The company’s head office is in Auckland, with regional branches in Tauranga and Hamilton. With a dedicated team comprising over 140 employees, we can resource large jobs effectively and complete projects and tasks within short timeframes with mínimal interruption to our clients, stakeholders, and activities.
**What does this look like for you?**
As an Account Manager, no two days are the same, but you’ll spend most of your time visiting our customers, scoping, estimating, and quoting the various services and products that Access offers.
The estimating component of this role includes the ability to provide solutions for our clients through analysing and scoping a wide range of property maintenance challenges and matching these with the services we provide.
A good portion of this role is working with our existing clients within the business while also looking for new business in this area. As experience is gained in this area, these relationships are expected to be managed effectively to ensure continuity and growth with these existing and new clients.
As an Account Manager/Estimator, you will disseminate all sales/job information via our CRM system to the operations team overseeing our site teams, working with subcontractors, and liaising with our clients.
The sales component of this role includes the ability to scope, price and sell the different services we offer to new and existing clients.
You'll need to be happy to get your hands dirty but also be able to adapt your approach to the customer in front of you - it could be a senior management team one day and a field or site team member the next day. You’ll be part of a supportive regional team in an autonomous role, so you must be comfortable building relationships and motivating yourself.

**What you need is**:
- Ideally, four years of sales and estimation experience gained within the construction industry or similar.
- Energetic and confident.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Resilient and hard-working.
- Able to manage relationships and sales with existing customers.
- Diligent in following up with customers.
- Competitive and has the motivation to excel and succeed.
An energetic, proactive approach and strong work ethic are paramount to success in the role, as is the ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions. You must be a team player and have a natural ability to develop strong working relationships internally.
