This role is multifaceted with a large range of duties to keep you busy and interested. Supporting a busy and successful leading Auckland recruitment business, you will be the first point of contact for all temps and contractors pay queries. Your responsibilities will include new employee and customer set up, weekly follow up to ensure hours are entered correctly onto our system ready for payroll. You will be responsible for the preparation of the weekly temp payroll and general administration.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

**Duties**:

- Preparation of Temp Payroll (weekly)
- New Temp & Client Setups
- Billing clients for temp/contractors’ hours (weekly)
- Assisting with follow-up of Temp & Contractors hours
- Updating sales report for all placements (temp/perm/FTC)
- Entering Creditors into Xero
- Credit Control (Debtors)
- Processing staff / temp & contractor expenses
- General Administration
