Transitioning Auckland's transport network on such a mammoth scale is no mean feat and we need a talented team to ensure we are up to this task.

Auckland Transport's Transport Network Planning and Policy group is responsible for the long-term strategic transport planning and policies across all modes and high quality spatial policy advice. We shape the future and provide guidance to the rest of the organisation on our network direction and ensure that spatial planning integrates with the transport system.

We are looking for a Finance and Admin Coordinator role is for six months while one of our team is seconded elsewhere.

Please come and provide coordination and support to the group, and broader Strategy and Governance directorate, including tracking budgets, supporting procurement processes, managing customer feedback and general administration.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity**
- Supporting development of key plans, policies, strategies and bylaws, including Future Connect (our network plan), Room to Move (our parking and kerbside space strategy), Delivering the Goods (our freight plan), among others,
- Contributing to advice provided to decision makers to help informed outcomes
- Working collaboratively and building influence of the team and our outputs.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Preferably a tertiary business qualification or certificate
- 1 years' experience in in SAP financials
- Experience carrying out basic financial analysis, investigations and reporting
- Preferably local government experience
