Role Overview As Product Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, management, and distribution of our products and services as we push for growth in new and existing markets around the world. Responsibilities Product and Service Management: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and scope opportunities for new products and additional services.
Manage new projects and initiatives, including strategy development, product & service design and development, pricing analysis, and delivery to market.
Provide ongoing support for projects and ensure smooth handover to distribution channels.
Distribution and Maintenance of Products & Services: Collaborate with IT, Operations, Accounts, Sales teams, and external service providers to ensure successful product rollouts.
Provide back-office support for new products and services, including sales, customer service, and administrative assistance.
Enhance value through continuous analysis, updates, and innovation.
Manage and maintain the performance of existing products and services.
Marketing: Manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen product offerings.
Design, plan, and execute marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO strategies, advertising campaigns, and direct marketing via sales teams and email.
Develop and manage targeted promotional strategies to maximize market reach.
Operations: Provide operational support across the business as needed.
Guide and mentor staff on the introduction of new markets, products, and services.
Ensure seamless integration of new initiatives within existing operational frameworks.
Work collaboratively and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.

Experience/Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
