Are you a Finance Superstar looking for your next step? We are currently looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our client’s team, supporting the Finance Manager. As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering on their accounting functions, including but not limited to payment processing, daily reconciliations, and processing end-to-end accounts payable and receivables.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing data processing functions with Xero, including bank reconciliations; accounts payable; accounts receivable; payments processing
- Management of insurance invoicing, and payments reconciling
- Management of credit card expenditure and coding
- Ensuring on-charges are accurate, processed and reconciled in a timely fashion
- Reconciliations and receipting of donations

**Days /Hours**: 30 hours per week, between 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

**About you**:

- Ability to take work independently and multi-task
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and prioritise effectively
- Confident liaising with external clients and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in managing account payable and accounts receivable functions, as well as bank reconciliations
- Experience working with Xero is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including SharePoint and Dynamics 365
