**We are seeking a Regional Management Team Administrator -**

We are looking to find a proactive, organised, and dynamic Administrator for our Auckland Operations and Commercial Teams. This newly created role is crucial in terms of enhancing effectiveness, collaboration, and productivity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, personable self-starter who thrives on variety. Your interpersonal skills and customer orientation will be put to good use being the 'go-to' person that enables the team to concentrate on successful delivery of projects to our clients.

Day to day will see you move from coordination and administration work to organising logístical elements for our busy team. You are the backbone to ensure the smooth running of operations. You will be working on a wide variety of tasks: coordinating meetings, managing diaries, preparing reports and documents to maintaining and updating spreadsheets to name just a few daily activities.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success
- Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible with a strong organisational mind and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build win-win relationships
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Adaptable and willing to take on diverse tasks that support both the immediate team and, at times, the wider Auckland office
- Experience in the construction industry environment.
