We currently have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our Regional Administration team within Services for Children and Families team.
Come join our supportive and fun team and grow your administration experience with our team as we provide regional administration across the Central Region.
- Assistance with coordination of family home procurement
- Meeting coordination
- Recruitment
- Vehicle Management
- Organising student placements
- Deal with internal and external enquiries in a calm, professional manner
- No job is too big or too small attitude
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
**Key requirements of the role include**:
- Full drivers license
- Strong computer and IT knowledge (Microsoft suite experience minimum)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience
- Effective time management skills
- Comfortable using initiative and solutions focused
- Team player
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
