**Play a vital role, carrying out the following tasks**:

- Greeting clients and ensuring reception, communal spaces, and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently handling incoming calls.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and managing special requests, including equipment setup.
- Collaborating with meeting and event organisers to arrange catering and ensure seamless experiences.
- Planning and executing company social events to foster team cohesion.
- Maintaining the Health and Safety database to ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Providing valuable assistance with accounts and general administration tasks.
- Supporting the customer care line when needed, demonstrating exceptional service.
