**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

Reporting to the National Administration & Customer Claims Manager you will:

- Be the key to the national administration team, looking after daily administrative tasks, and supporting P&L (profit and loss)
- Provide efficient and accurate transactional management whilst contributing to streamlining processes.
- Provide administration services across the Region to support the movement of freight.
- Maintaining Salesforce workflow, ensuring all cases in Salesforce have been actioned and closed within required timeframes.
- Weekly P & L reporting/supporting managers, ensuring reports available are accurate and completed within set timeframes.
- Assist team leader with ensuring that revenue risks & and any potential leakage are identified and addressed.
- Administration and reconciliation of cash accounts actioned as per required timeframes.
- Available and accessible to customers, ensuring all customer inquiries are dealt with in a professional, accurate, timely, and efficient manner.
- Follow Team Global Express and legislative health and safety requirements relevant to your role.

We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and can create and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.

Additionally, you will have:

- A minimum of one year experience in a similar role with reporting duties.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask - be agile and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about the organization’s mission and vision.
