**About the Role**

Based out of our client’s corporate premises in central Auckland, we are seeking a Customer Service champion for our Casual Service Delivery role. This role is key to supporting the functions of our services across Front and Back of House, including mailroom and admin.

**This is a flexible floating role that will assist as required across our client services spaces, with hours flexi between 06:30 am and 5:30 pm**.

Some of the main duties will include:

- Mail and courier processing and delivery
- General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Reception cover - meet and greet visitors when required
- Setting meeting rooms
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Some moderate lifting may be involved
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients' Health & Safety Standard
