**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service champion to join our client, a leader in the Health Insurance sector based in amazing corporate offices in central Auckland.

As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will play a vital role ensuring everyone receives a first-class experience. The Corporate Receptionist is entrusted with maintaining confidentiality, exercising discretion, and representing Canon and our client in an ethical and professional manner.

**Main Duties**:

- Meet and greet guests, external visitors, contractors, and clients in a professional manner
- Assist with catering deliveries and liaise with the kitchen team as required
- Maintaining an immaculate front office area, including answering phone calls promptly, professionally, and attentively
- Assist with couriers and mail
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Food and beverage service, such as barista services, catering set up, clearing, sit-down dining service, bar service and refreshment offerings
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients’ Health & Safety Standards

**About you**

We are seeking an individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and always maintains a high level of professionalism. Your positive attitude and adaptable nature will contribute to the collaborative and high-energy team. Other key attributes include:

- Very high standard of personal presentation
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in corporate hospitality and/or Reception roles
- Superior multitasking and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administration skills
- A positive attitude and a flexible, adaptable nature
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when needed
