Executive Assistant - Chief Operating Officer
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
You'll also provide support to the wider Operational Leadership team, you'll do this through understanding both the team and Brendon's goals and ambitions, and then using your considerable judgement, superior attention to detail and proactive thinking to pull it all together.
Working as a cohesive team with Brendon, you'll work with him from our offices in Highbrook and then in Wiri when we move in 2024.
Mōu - About you
As an experienced Personal or Executive Assistant, you'll be used to supporting at an executive level in large and complex organisations.
You'll couple this with
- Being tech savvy and a dab hand on MS Office including Teams and SharePoint
- A continuous improvement mindset, looking to make things easier for the team
- The ability to be agile, work under pressure and multi-task - you'll and be more organised than Marie Kondo
- A proactive approach and the ability to stop small issues from becoming problems with early intervention
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

It goes without saying, but we'll say it anyway, as this role has access to confidential and sensitive information, a high level of trustworthiness and discretion is essential.
