**About the role**:
In this integral role, you will receive and triage all HR enquiries from internal and external customers, supporting stakeholders with seamless, consistent advice. You will play a crucial part in maintaining trust in UP Education’s HR Operations service.
- Act as a first point of contact in the HR Support Hub service (HR Inbox).
- Manage and monitor overall HR Support Hub queries (Zendesk)
- Provide effective and efficient Tier 1 HR Support Hub service delivery
- Organise and prioritise high volume transactional queries within the wider HR Operations team.
- Assist with preparation of employee-related documentation and maintenance of employee records, including regular audits
- Administer the Employee Referral Scheme
- Utilise first hand customer information and track emerging trends to use for improvement in our services
- Work with the Head of HR Operations to employ processes/procedures that contribute to the effectiveness of the HR Support Hub
- Collaborate with Zendesk support on system capability and enhancements
**About you**:
- Tertiary qualification preferably in human resources management
- At least 3 - 5 years professional HR coordination experience.
- Working experience with an HRIS system.
- An understanding of the general principles of employment relations, employment legislation, and privacy
- Ability to be flexible and to quickly adapt to changing demands
- Enquiring mind pursuing continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and good organizer; Ability to effectively multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
