**What you'll be doing - Te whakamahere**

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, tech-savvy HR Coordinator to join the People and Kōrako team (Kōrako is NZTE's improvement programme of work). You'll be joining a team that consists of a diverse bunch of deeply committed people who are passionate, relentlessly innovative, and who strive to deliver exceptional people experiences.

As an HR Coordinator, you'll be ultra-organised and proactive, have a flexible and adaptable working style, and be someone who loves connecting with people and having fun at work

You'll have a diverse range of responsibilities across the wider employee experience including culture, learning, talent and our end-to-end employee journeys. You'll coordinate the successful recruitment experience for new and existing people, manage the workflow of a variety of people requests, and general team support and administration. You will work closely with our People Experience and Talent Acquisition teams. This position internally is known as a People and Kōrako Coordinator.

**What you'll need to be successful - Ō Pūkenga**

You'll be organised and can juggle multiple needs, priorities and expectations with strong attention to detail. You'll be technology-savvy, with strong MS Office skills and have a flexible and adaptable approach. We have some excellent technology and systems available to us, and you'll be someone who can leverage our systems and refine experiences to deliver the very best result for our people.

You'll have a background as an engaging communicator, resilient and possess a customer-focused mindset to deliver excellent customer experiences. You'll proactively identify underlying causes of any missteps and will always be looking at ways to improve our processes, systems and practices.

It is advantageous if you have worked in a similar capacity within Human Resources, administration or coordination level previously.
