**About the role**

As the After Hours Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to quality and security for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing guest inquiries professionally to ensure exceptional customer service.

Assisting with last-minute bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Serving as the point of contact for emergencies and urgent guest needs during the evening shift.

Conducting property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Coordinating maintenance requests and working closely with the maintenance team for timely resolution.

Providing support to guests during their stay, offering local information, recommendations, and issue resolution.

Monitoring property security, including noise sensors and cameras, to ensure guest safety and adherence to property rules.

Maintaining effective communication with the daytime guest services team to ensure a seamless transition between shifts.

Keeping accurate and detailed records of guest interactions, incidents, and actions taken during the evening shift.

Overseeing property operations during the night to ensure all areas are well-maintained and functioning correctly.

Adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and guest confidentiality guidelines.

**The Evening Guest Services Coordinator role requires the employee to work typically from 3.30pm to 12.00am, we can offer up to 20 hours per week.**

**Experience and Skills**:
Previous experience in guest services or property management is preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle emergencies and challenging situations with professionalism.

Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.

Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
