Permanent Full-Time Position
45 hours per week - 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
This position is a mix of accounts and finance, payroll, front-office customer service, and general office administration, and would suit an experienced all-rounder who enjoys variety in their day, is happy to get stuck in at all levels, and is proactive in providing Administrative support to the financial, sales and service teams.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- Payment Claims
- Debt collection
- Producing Cashflow and Financial reports
- GST
- Reconciling
- Assisting with budgets
- Answering calls and liaising with clients
- Covering staff on leave
- Job scheduling
- Vehicle fleet servicing and leasing
- Providing general administrative tasks to assist in creating a smooth-running office.
